At Tuesday’s meeting of the Walworth County Commission discussion was held regarding the haul road agreement for the proposed dairy operation and the changes that have been made to it. Comissioner Kevin Holgard then motioned to approve the Hoffman project haul road agreement as amended and it passed. At the next meeting the commission plans to approve the conditional use permit for the project and sign it on behalf of both the planning and zoning board and the commission.
A motion passed to authorize advertising for a full-time custodian and maintenance employee.

A motion passed to acknowledge receipt of a list of equipment costs to be kept on file for one year by the highway superintendent, to be utilized if the county needs to rent any particular equipment. The list includes cost amounts from Webster Scale, Jensen Rock & Sand, Randy Volzke Excavating, and Schilling Excavating.
A permit to occupy right of way requested by Jason Berens for an LP gas line was approved.
