SACRAMENTO, Calif. – South Dakota track and field graduate assistant coach Kenna Wolter placed sixth in the women’s triple jump with a mark of 43 feet, 7¼ inches at the USATF Outdoor Championships held at Hornet Stadium on Thursday. There were 15 competitors in the event. Wolter’s final mark was a personal record and was set on her third attempt. She was the only competitor from the first flight to advance to the final flight. Amanda Smock of Asics/New York Athletic Club won the event with a mark of 45-2¼.
