Today (June 28) and tomorrow (June 29), Morris, Inc. will be doing cleanup work on some Pierre streets to prepare for putting down asphalt.
Work will be done on:
- Sioux Avenue from Washington to Monroe
- Park Street from Jefferson to Harrison
- Sully Avenue from Polk to Buchanan
Beginning Monday (July 1), paving will begin on Sioux Avenue from Washington to Monroe. Tuesday paving will be done on Park Street from Jefferson to Harrison.
Vehicles will need to be off the streets prior to 7:00 a.m. each of those days. Once the barricades are removed, vehicles will be allowed to park on the streets.
