PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) A man who was arrested last month for a Pierre burglary pleaded not guilty yesterday to three counts leveled by a Hughes County Grand Jury.  26-year-old Joshua Link, who has been living in Fort Pierre, was indicted for felony charges of Third Degree Burglary and Grand Theft and in addition, faces a misdemeanor charge of Intentional Damage to Property.  Link was arrested December 12 after an investigation into a burglary that occurred December 8 at the Fresh Start Convenience Store at Sioux and Central Avenues.   Link’s attorney requested that his client’s bond be lowered from it’s no bond status, and Judge John Brown modified the bond to $5,000 cash or surety.  A status hearing is set for Link on January 23.
