The locations for the 2019 and 2020 South Dakota Governor’s Hunts are set, but where it’ll be held in 2021 and beyond has yet to be determined.
The 2019 Governor’s Hunt will be based in Pierre. The revamped Governor’s Hunt and Sportsmen’s Showcase in 2020 will be based out of Sioux Falls.
Gov. Kristi Noem says the Governor’s Hunt has brought thousands of business leaders to the state.
The governor hopes by expanding the event, organizers will be able to introduce more people to everything South Dakota has to offer.
Noem says the location for the Governor’s Hunt and Sportsmen’s Showcase in 2021 hasn’t been decided.
Noem says the event is being transformed into an industry showcase for the nation.
