Feather placed on escape status after not reporting to job site in Rapid City yesterday

Minimum-security inmate John Feather has been placed on escape status. He failed to report to community service job site in Rapid City December 10.

Feather is age 37, 6’3”, 180 pounds.

He is serving a 4-year, 9-month sentence for unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance from Pennington County.

If you see Feather or know of his whereabouts, contact law enforcement immediately.
