It’s time to start counting down to Christmas! Starting on November 30th and running through December 15th we will be doing a 12-day weekday drawing to find out who is our semifinalist for the day. Listen to your favorite Dakota Radio Group Station daily for the cue to call in to win . You can also register here to be our daily wild car finalist. At the end of the day, 13 names will be put into a bucket. We will live stream a drawing to determine who is our daily winner. The daily winner will receive a prize and the prizes progressively get better as we move through the 12 days. On December 17th we will invite all our daily winners to a virtual live-streamed Grand Prize giveaway. At this event, one of our semifinalists will walk away with a 65″ LG NanoCell TV, LG sound bar, Philips 4K Blu-Ray Player, tilting wall mount and installation from Commtech. Countdown to Christmas Sounder

 

Official Contest Rules:

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The contest is open to legal residents whom are 18 years of age or older. Dakota Radio Group employees and immediate family members are ineligible to register or participate in this contest.

  2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter listen to your favorite Dakota Radio Group station (KGFX AM 1060, River 92.7, 100.1 The Eagle or KPLO 94.5) weekdays Monday, November 30th through Tuesday, December 15th. When the Countdown to Christmas sounder airs, call the specific station contest phone number. The proper number caller will be declared a semi-finalist for that days drawing and will win one of the 12 daily prize packages from the local business sponsors. Contest phone numbers are KGFX-AM 855-269-5157, KGFX-FM 855-269-5161, KJBI-FM  855-269-5169, and KPLO  855-269-5286. Semi-finalists will need to provide a valid mailing address, phone number and email address that we may use to contact you if you are that days winning finalist. Only one semi-finalist entry allowed per person, per station daily. Entering the contest more than once on the same day, on the same station is allowed but only until you would be declared a daily semi-finalist for that station. The same caller can be chosen as a daily semi-finalist on multiple stations. One daily wild card entry will also be drawn from those who enter to win through a form at drgnews.com.

  3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: 13 daily semifinalists that are selected from on air call in contests plus the 1 wild card drawing from drgnews.com will be entered into a separate daily drawing. One daily winner will be selected in a completely random drawing among those 13 eligible entries. Drawings begin November 30, 2020 and will be held each consecutive weekday through December 15th 2020. One winner will be drawn to become the winner of the daily prize and to be eligible for the grand prize drawing. One person cannot win more than one of the daily prize packages. These daily drawings will be videoed and broadcast through FaceBook at 4:50 p.m. each day. The grand prize drawing will be held virtually on December 17th, 2020, 5:30 p.m. at CommTech, 1601 North Lowell Ave., Pierre, SD 57501. Eligible finalists will be notified by email, mail or phone how to tune in to watch the drawing. Daily winners do not need to be present to win and accept the prize. The odds of winning the grand prize will be one in twelve.

  4. GRAND PRIZE: A 65” LG NanoCell TV package includeing an LG Soundbar, Philips 4K Blu-Ray Player, titing Wall Mount and Installation from CommTech in Pierre. No substitutions or cash alternative for the prizes are allowed. Retail value is $2,016.34.

  5. OBLIGATION: All taxes or registration fees are the responsibility of the winner.

  6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree that by accepting a prize, they allow Dakota Radio Group and it’s stations, full rights to publicize their full name, city and state as means of promoting and publicizing the contest and it’s sponsors.
