PIERRE, S.D. (AP) – South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard says President Barack Obama has called for all flags to be flown at half-staff out of respect for victims of Monday’s bombings at the Boston Marathon. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset Saturday.
