PIERRE, S.D. (AP) – South Dakotans won’t vote on any ballot questions in Tuesday’s primary but will decide three measures in the November general election.
Attorney General Marty Jackley has released the explanations of those issues and they’re posted on Secretary of State Jason Gant’s website at sdsos.gov.
Initiated Measure 17 would require health insurers to include all willing and qualified health providers on their provider lists; Initiated Measure 18 would increase the state minimum wage from $7.25 to $8.50 an hour; and Constitutional Amendment Q would authorize the Legislature to allow roulette, keno and craps in Deadwood.
