Rawlins Library Celebrating Nat’l Library Week

PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Rawlins Library has been celebrating National Library Week this week.   National Library Week started in 1958 and is noted by libraries across the country each April.  This year’s theme is “Libraries: A Place to Read!
