PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Although there’s still snow in the forecast, the National Weather Service will conduct an annual training session in Pierre tomorrow on severe weather spotting, thunderstorm identification and severe weather safety. Severe Weather Awareness Week is coming up in South Dakota April 21-25. On Monday, Hughes/Stanley County Emergency Management Director Rob Fines visited with KGFX’s Scott Lane about tomorrow’s training and severe weather season.
