BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host public meetings in the Dakotas and other states to discuss the conditions and planned operation of the Missouri River reservoir system in 2014.
The Bismarck Tribune reports the meeting in Bismarck is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 9 at the Civic Center Exhibit Hall. The meeting in Pierre, S.D., will be on the same day at 11 a.m. at the Capitol Lake Visitor Center.
Other meetings are planned for next week in Fort Peck, Mont., Kansas City, Mo., and Nebraska City, Neb.
The corps on Tuesday will post the presentation materials on its website.
