PIERRE, S.D. – The Oahe Lady Capital varsity hockey team dropped their second straight verdict to Aberdeen Sunday as the Cougars recorded a 6-3 win over Pierre-Ft. Pierre. Destiny Barry scored at 2:31 of the second period to give the Lady Capitals a 1-0 lead and Emily Weber’s power play goal at 7:26 made it 2-1 Pierre-Ft. Pierre before Aberdeen scored three straight goals to take a 4-2 lead. Gabby Vizcara’s goal in the third period rounded out the Pierre-Ft. Pierre scoring. The Lady Capitals outshot Aberdeen 39-32 on the game. Aberdeen won Saturday’s contest 7-6 leaving the Lady Capitals winless in league play.
