USD Men Lose at Buzzer to K-State

MANHATTAN, Kan.—Marcus Foster scored 18 points, Shane Southwell added 17 and Kansas State survived a three-quarter shot at the buzzer to beat South Dakota 64-62 Tuesday night inside Bramlage Coliseum. Senior center Trevor Gruis tied his season-high of 18 points and had nine rebounds to lead the Coyotes (3-6), who have lost three in a row by a combined 11 points. Sophomore guard Adam Thoseby played his best game as a Coyote and had six boards to go with a season-high 16 points.
