NSIC All Sports Standings Thru the Fall Sports Season



 BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Sports Standings following the fall season have been accumulated and Minnesota Duluth sits in the lead with 69 points. The Bulldogs hold an 10.5 point lead on Minnesota State (58.5) and a 12.5 point lead over Augustana  (56.5). The Bulldogs amassed 69 points after winning the women’s cross country championship, finishing second in volleyball, tied for second in football and third in women’s soccer. Minnesota State received 58.5 points thanks in part to winning the football and women’s soccer championships.  Augustana is 3rd in the standings with 56.5 points. Sioux Falls is 6th with 43.5 points and Northern State is 9th with 36.5 points. The NSIC will release All-Sports Standing again following the winter sports seasons. The All-Sports Champions will be announced following the spring seasons, with the award being presented at the NSIC Summer Kickoff in St. Cloud in July 2013.
