CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) – Brandon Valley and South Dakota State graduate Dale Moss on Saturday was released by the Carolina Panthers. The second-year receiver signed with the club in June after being waived by the Chicago Bears. Moss also spent time with the Green Bay Packers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season, but didn’t see any action during the regular season. NFL teams must cut rosters from 90 players to 75 by Tuesday afternoon.
