DOT Says Bridge Replacement Work to Start Soon Over Brushy Creek Near Faith

PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Starting Monday, crews will begin work to replace a bridge that currently exists over Brushy Creek; southwest of Faith.  The South Dakota Department of Transportation says the existing bridge will be replaced with a pre-stressed concrete structure.  Brushy Creek Road will be closed at Brushy Creek while the bridge is constructed and motorists will need to find an alternate route.  The DOT says the $667,000 project should be complete by early October.  For details on construction information statewide, visit www.safetravelusa.com/sd or call 5-1-1.
