Nebraska Man Arrested Friday in Pierre for Two Separate Incidents

PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) A Nebraska man was arrested Friday morning for two separate incidents.  Pierre Police Captain Elton Blemaster says officers were called to Griffin Park Friday morning about 8:30 a.m. where they were told someone was trying to shut off working sprinklers.  Park staff had indicated that the person was acting in a disorderly manner.  As police responded, they determined that the man in the park was a suspect in an incident in which a driver’s side mirror was broken from a parked car, located in the 100 block of East Dakota on July 16.  Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Intentional Damage to Property-$400 or Less was 51-year-old David Haug.  Blemaster says Haug lists his residence as being in Neligh, Nebraska.
