MADISON, S.D. – While preparing for the 2013 football season, fifth-year Dakota State University head football coach Josh Anderson is pleased to complete his coaching staff. The Trojans have four new faces on the DSU football coaching staff. Mike Collins is the new defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the Trojans. He comes to Madison from Jamestown College in North Dakota where he coached the secondary. Alex Glover accepted the defensive line position and comes from Elkton High School in Elkton, Minn. Jared Hottle accepted the graduate assistant position and will be working with the wide receivers this season. Rick Reyes also joins the Trojan coaching staff and will work with the tight ends. Craig Hertz is moving from the field to the sideline and will help coach on the defensive side of the ball. Returning to the staff is Mike Caniglia. He will be coaching the secondary and coordinating the special teams as well as serving as the academic coordinator for the Trojans. And Steve Steele is also back as a full-time coach. His job duties include run game coordinator and recruiting coordinator along with his coaching duties with the offensive line.
