PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Public service announcements have been created for the South Dakota Department of Health to remind South Dakotans of the importance of West Nile virus prevention. The SDDOH says that in the past, at least 90 percent of the state’s West Nile cases have occurred between mid-July and mid-September.
