The Pierre School District is offering a summer enrichment class, Walleye 101, for middle and high school students. The scope of the class is to teach students how to find walleye, how to run electronics such as fish sonar and GPS, fishing techniques, and cleaning and cooking walleye. The class will meet 2 days per week for 90 minutes per session. Three sessions will be held in the classroom and five sessions will be held on the water. Sign up is open until May 31st and is open to 8 students. Class starts on June 17th. Cost for the class is $100. Information is available at the Georgia Morris Middle School Office.
