Former SDSU Volleyball Star to Play Professionally in Europe

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Recent South Dakota State graduate and volleyball standout Kelli Fiegen signed to play professional volleyball with Hotel Cristal VFM in Saignelégier, Switzerland.  A four-year letterwinner at SDSU, Fiegen earned all-conference honors three times and Summit Player of the Year honors in 2010 in leading the Jackrabbits to The Summit League Tournament. She finished her illustrious career at SDSU ranked sixth all-time with 1,407 kills, seventh all-time with 107 solo blocks, second all-time with 409 block assists and third all-time with a .326 career hitting percentage. She also spent the last two summers training and competing with the Team USA A2 team.  Fiegen reports to VFM no later than Sept. 1, 2013.
