BROOKINGS, SD – SDSU Extension hosts a ServSafe Food Service Manager Sanitation Certification Course and Recertification Course April 29, 2013 in Mobridge at the Wrangler Inn, 820 W. Grand Crossing. Registration starts at 8 a.m. The course starts at 8:30 a.m. CST. Those receiving ServSafe Certification will test at 5 p.m.
The training session cost is $60. Class size is limited and registration for the event is required. Attendees are required to bring a photo ID, and encouraged to bring note taking materials.
