Delta David Gier and the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra Tour SD with Lakota Music Project

 

SIOUX FALLS – The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, Music Director Delta David Gier, and the Creekside Singers announce their spring tour of the Lakota Music Project visiting the South Dakota communities of Pierre, Eagle Butte, Sisseton and Mobridge. The tour starts a the Pierre Indian Learning Center in Pierre on April 18, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. The next performance is at Cheyenne-Eagle Butte High School in Eagle Butte, April 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, the Creekside Singers and guest artist Bryan Akipa perform at the Sisseton Performing Arts Center in Sisseton, April 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The final stop on the tour is Mobridge at the Mobridge Auditorium in the Scherr Howe Arena, April 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. The concerts are FREE and open to the public.
