PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Authorities say a state prison inmate who was reported as missing earlier today has been located. The South Dakota Department of Corrections says inmate Aaron Olson was accounted for in Rapid City this morning after officials initially enacted escape procedures. The 35-year-old man is currently serving a two-year sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance from Hughes County. The DOC said that Olson had left the Rapid City Minimum Unit for his work release job this morning but did not show up at the work site. He was later located.
