PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) A Riggs High School student was crowned as King of Hearts at Sunday night’s formal dance. Senior Carson Eisenbeisz was one of the ten candidates to be nominated for the honor. He is the son of Hadly Eisenbeisz and Kristin Brost. Eisenbeisz was crowned at midnight by Tomlynn Paulsen-Jones, Job’s Daughters past Honored Queen. There were about 600 high school students and others in attendance at Sunday’s dance at Georgia Morse Middle School.
Others who were nominated for King of Hearts were Grady Tibbs, a Stanley County High School senior and other Riggs seniors were Weston Christenson, Dan Block, Drew Leif, Kyle Sarringar, Brandon Vockrodt, Matt Monfore, Doug Bachand and Kyle Mammenga.
