PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Pierre’s Community Resource Officer reminds Pierre residents that have not moved their vehicles since the weekend snowstorm that they should do so.  Officer Brandon Boyd says citizens who have vehicles that were plowed around which have yet to be moved could be subject to having the vehicles towed.  Boyd says there is a 96 hour parking ordinance in the City of Pierre on any street.  In addition, he says there is a 24 hour parking ordinance for vehicles that have a flat tire, expired tags or any other mechanical issue.  Those that have questions about the ordinance should contact Boyd at 773-7412.
