BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Collin Pryor helped lead Northern State to a pair of key road victories at Minnesota, Crookston and Bemidji State over the weekend. Pryor tallied 20 points and six boards in NSU’s 72-53 win over UMC on Friday night, then went for 19 points and nine boards in a gutsy 58-53 win over Bemidji State on Saturday. His efforts earned him the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week award. The senior was a combined 15-for-27 from the floor (55.6 percent) and a perfect 9-for-9 from the line in the two games. For the week, Pryor averaged 19.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game with a team-best four steals. NSU is now 6-1 in road games this season, tripling the team’s road victory total from a season ago. The Wolves were just 2-9 on the road in 2011-12. This marks the second time this season Pryor has been named NSIC Player of the Week
