RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Stevens head football coach Paul Ferdinand has resigned the position after spending the last 5 seasons in the postion. Ferdinand, who has spent the last 20 years coaching in the Stevens football program cited his desire to spend more time with his family as his reason for stepping down. Ferdinand had a record of 16-35 in his 5 seasons as head coach. Rapid City Stevens athletic director Jared Vasquez said the opening will be advertised through the school district later this spring.
