ABERDEEN, S.D. – (DRG News) A Winter Weather Advisory is in the forecast for central and east central parts of the state for much of the day today through at least six this evening. Mike Connelly with the National Weather Service in Aberdeen says a system that is moving through could drop up to three inches of snow today. Connelly says the snow will begin to taper off later on today, but more of the white stuff is in the forecast over the weekend.
Connelly says by Sunday, the weather could deteriorate, with winds expected to increase and possibilities of more snow.
