PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Two Pierre men were arrested for Aggravated Assault early this morning.  Pierre Police Captain Dave Panzer says officers were dispatched around 4:10 a.m. today to a fight in the 800 block of East Wells Avenue.  On arrival, officers located a man that had been injured following an assault.  The Pierre man was transported by ambulance to St. Mary’s Healthcare Centerto be treated.  Arrested after the incident were 24-year-old Kevin Cook and 23-year-old Zachary Piersol-both for Aggravated Assault.  They were taken to the Hughes County Jail.
