PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Great Lakes Aviation released a newly expanded schedule for flights between the Pierre Regional Airport and Denver and Pierre and Minneapolis yesterday. The new flight schedule means there will be more flight options daily between Pierre and the larger hubs. Pierre Mayor Laurie Gill says the new schedule with the added flights will go into effect December 1.
Gill says the changes show that Great Lakes notes that there is a need for more air service options for the Pierre Regional Airport and that the company believes that the Pierre area can support the expanded schedule.
Great Lakes provides scheduled passenger service at 48 airports in fourteen states. For further information on tickets, visit the Great Lakes Airlines website at www.flygreatlakes.com.
