PIERRE, S.D. – The Pierre Rattlers amatuer baseball team will be in action tomorrow at Hyde Stadium when they host Martin in a doubleheader. Pierre, 4th rated in the South Dakota Amatuer Baseball ratings, is 8-1 on the season coming off a win over 4 Corners on Wednesday night. The schedule has the Rattlers facing Martin in the first game of the doubleheader scheduled for an 11 am. The second game will follow. The day was originally scheduled as a triangular with a team from Rapid City also scheduled to play, but Rapid City team officials told Rattlers General Manager Tom Magedenz and Player Coach Tyson Lindekugel that they could not get enough players together to field a team for the day.
