Pierre Man Arrested For Allegedly Withdrawing Money from Stolen TANF Card



PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) A 25-year-old Pierre man was arrested by Pierre Police on allegations that he committed identity theft. Pierre Police Captain Elton Blemaster says Joshua Link was taken into custody yesterday afternoon for Felony Identity Theft. Blemaster says Link was withdrawing money from a local ATM using a Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families card that was reported stolen in May. The TANF card was from the State of Missouri. Blemaster says Link was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
