PIERRE, S.D. (AP) – South Dakota State University officials are holding public meetings across the state to gather suggestions for setting priorities at the university for the next five years.
The meetings will be held in Mitchell, Winner, Pierre, Lemmon, Sioux Falls, Watertown, Aberdeen, Rapid City and Brookings between May 11th and May 24th.
Topics covered in the meetings will include academic programs, research, sports and budget issues.
SDSU President David Chicoine says the meetings will help identify opportunities for teaching, research and outreach activities.
