PIERRE, S.D. – (DRG News) Funeral services have been set for a Pierre woman who died Saturday as the result of an auto accident west of Hayes. 28-year-old Heather Unser was the passenger in a van which collided with a pickup on Highway 34 early Saturday morning. Authorities say the motorist in the pickup, Walt Taton of Faith, was westbound when his vehicle drifted into the eastbound lane and collided with the van, being driven by 21-year-old Sadie Clark of Yankton. Clark and Unser were not wearing seatbelts and had to be extricated from the van. Taton was wearing a seatbelt. Taton and Clark received serious non-life threatening injuries. The accident is still under investigation and authorities have said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the wreck. The Isburg Funeral Chapel says visitation for Unser will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. tomorrow at St. John’s Catholic Church in Fort Pierre with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at St. John’s Catholic Church with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Pierre.  The Isburg website has further information at http://www.isburgfuneralchapels.com/fh/obituaries/obituary.cfm?o_id=1468417&fh_id=13278
